Terms of Use

By using SearchAZ, you agree to these terms. SearchAZ is provided as an independent Arizona discovery platform to help you find businesses, deals, events, services, and rentals.

No warranty

Listings and information are provided for discovery purposes. SearchAZ does not endorse, guarantee, certify or warrant any business, service, deal, event, rental or other listing. Information may change, and you should independently verify important details directly with the provider.

Third-party services

Some links take you to third-party websites or services. SearchAZ does not control or guarantee third-party websites, transactions, availability, pricing, policies or content. Any interaction you have with a business — reservations, orders, quotes, payments — is between you and that business, not between you and SearchAZ.

Business relationship

SearchAZ is a discovery platform and is not the owner or operator of businesses appearing on the platform unless explicitly stated.

Business listing & submission

Any Arizona business may be listed for free. Submissions are reviewed by the SearchAZ team before they appear. SearchAZ does not guarantee that a submitted business will be published, and may edit, unpublish, or remove a listing at its discretion. A listing on SearchAZ does not constitute an endorsement. Businesses are responsible for the accuracy of the information they provide.

Deals, events & promotions

Deals, events, and promotional offers shown on SearchAZ are provided by the businesses. SearchAZ does not verify the availability, pricing, or terms of any offer. Offers may expire or change without notice. Always confirm details directly with the business before relying on an offer or attending an event. SearchAZ is not responsible for the fulfillment of any deal, event, or promotion.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse SearchAZ, scrape or redistribute its data, or submit false or misleading business information. Businesses are submitted for review and may be removed or unpublished at SearchAZ's discretion.

Changes

These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of SearchAZ constitutes acceptance of the current terms. See our Disclaimers and Privacy Policy for related information.
